All orders are sent out on the same day or the next day. If you place your order on the weekend or a public holiday, then it will be sent out on the next normal working day.All parcels are sent out by a tracked mail service. Your tracking number will be sent to you within 48 hours of your order being sent out.

Shipping is free for all European orders of value over €90.
For all orders to other EU countries we charge a highly subsidized flat rate of € 6,90.
For orders to USA and Canada we charge a flat rate of € 15.90.
Your delivery date will depend on a few factors, like what day and time your order is placed and where you're having your order shipped to. Shipping times are different for each European country but in general all orders are delivered within 4 - 10 working days.
As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation from us with your tracking code. If you don't see that email, please check your SPAM folder.
